NDIS Service Coordinator

We have an exciting new opportunity for an NDIS Service Coordinator.
Amazing Procare aims to assist people with a disability to identify support that really matters most to them. As a registered service provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) we understand the NDIS and how to support our participants to achieve their goals.
Due to increased consumer demand, we are seeking a full-time NDIS Service Coordinator to join a skilled and dedicated team who are committed to providing high quality services and go above and beyond for our participants to coordinate and implement the support they need. In this full-time permanent client-facing role, you will collaborate with individuals and families living with disability to strengthen their capacity and build resilience to be able to fully participate in the community.
Working from our office in Nerang or Coolangatta, you will grow our business through networking with your existing contacts and building on new networks to gain referrals, these new referrals will help you build your own case load of participants. Working with the scheduling team to match the right Support Worker to your new client who will meet their needs and preferences, and support them to enjoy a quality of life.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience within disability services or related services
- Drivers Licence – C class, as well as your own registered vehicle
- Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children’s Check or willingness to obtain

- High level of computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
