- Collaborate with field engineers to facilitate a smooth transition from 3G to 4G communication systems in schools.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination to guarantee the proper functioning of the switch.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to address any issues that may arise during the transition process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the performance of the communication systems.
- Configure and support HP/Aruba network switch infrastructure, holding Aruba certified switching expert certification.
- Configure VLANs to enhance network segmentation and efficiency.
- Configure IP reservations in Microsoft DHCP, demonstrating proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Conduct and oversee police background checks as required for the role.
Must Have:
- Holding certifications such as Aruba, Palo Alto Networks (PCNSA, PCNSE), Cisco (CCNA), or Fortinet (NSE4-NSE7).
- Analyzing TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, STP, BGP, OSPF, multicast troubleshooting protocols and applications.
- Demonstrating expertise in handling network devices from vendors like Cisco, Juniper Networks, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Sophos, HP, Dell, Aruba.
- Understanding firewall configuration concepts, including zones, policies, IDP, AV, URL filtering, next-generation services, and advanced services.
- Holding certifications such as Aruba, Palo Alto Networks (PCNSA, PCNSE), Cisco (CCNA), or Fortinet (NSE4-NSE7) provides a distinct advantage.
