Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage caseload, designing tailored therapy programs for participant outcomes
- Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate functional capacity
- Develop participant-centered goals in consultation with clients
- Deliver evidence-based support services to enhance life skills and independence
- Assess environments and recommend adaptations for accessibility and inclusion
Our ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Valid AHPRA Registration and National Police Clearance
- Working With Children Check
- Experience working with NDIS participants
- Compassionate and empathetic approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
