A Developer / Builder based in Melbourne's South East is seeking an Office Administrator to join their tightly knit team - $60 to $65 per hour
OUR CLIENT:Constructing a range of unique projects from small commercial boutiques to residential developments, our client has been around since 2002 and is now on the lookout Seeking a part-time Office Administrator/all-rounder to join our client who is a Developer & Builder.
The position entails spending 2 days in the office weekly, with an additional 1 day working remotely (with potential for more, depending on workload/time of year).
THE DAY TO DAY:
- Inputting data into MYOB
- Generating invoices and sending them to Site Supervisors for review
- Processing approved invoices for payment
- Maintaining spreadsheets for individual projects and equity calculations
- Handling reimbursements for Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) as necessary
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Managing BAS & IAS submissions on time
- Overseeing payroll, superannuation, work cover, and payroll tax
- Managing incoming mail and organizing filing systems
- Monitoring rental properties and inputting statements
- Completing quarterly ABS surveys
- Handling new supplier account applications
- Liaising with service providers for abolishment and final reads when needed
