Foodchain is a WA owned and Operated family business founded in 2009. We are a specialist café/ restaurant supplier, offering all things food and packaging to a wide range of customers across WA.
We are seeking a full time or part time office administrator all rounder who will be responsible for all administrative tasks within the business. Supporting the founders of the business and the Sales Manager, this is a newly created role and you have the opportunity to make it your own we are also flexible in the candidate we are looking for.
Reporting to the business owners, your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Entering purchase orders in Easyvend
- Running daily reports
- Accounts payable
- Running main reception, and answering emails and phone calls
- Accounts receivable
- Monitoring of staff timesheets
- Assisting with invoicing
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
- Maintaining office supplies
- Maintaining all office filing and records
Preferred skills and experience:
- Data entry
- Basic accounting skills
- MYOB knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Experience working within hospitality
- Ability to work autonomously
