The Opportunity
We are looking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. Located in Tullamarine, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a successful and dynamic organisation. The Office Administrator is the first point of contact for all enquiries to AMR Hewitts.
This role is ideal for an individual with Office Manager career progression goals.
Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls, identifying the purpose of the call and transferring it to the relevant department / employee.
- Upholding a professional presentation at the front of house.
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients to AMR Hewitts and direct them to the relevant area, ensuring visitors check in appropriately.
- Data entry of customer orders.
- Set up new vendors in Business Central.
- Email debtors’ monthly statements.
- Coordinate staff events and lunches.
- Support sales members with orders, ETAs etc.
- Enter all invoice data and/or reconcile that automatic data is accurate.
- General administrative, customer service and accounts duties.
About you
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant office administration experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Experience using Business Central (preferred).
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a close team environment.
- Well-developed skills and knowledge of MS Office suite (in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook).
This role is an in-office position.
