Leichhardt is an independent, majority-Australian owned Solar Salt Project headquartered in Perth, Western Australia with operations in northern Western Australia. Our expansion plans include the Lake MacLeod Salt operation in Carnarvon and the Eramurra project 55 kilometres outside Karratha.

THE ROLE
Applications are sought from experienced and energetic Office Administrators to join the team at Leichhardt.
Reporting to the Office Manager the Office Administrator is responsible for providing daily administrative assistance to the EA/Office Manager and the Perth Corporate team. This role will also focus on the coordination of flights to site and other locations.
The responsibilities of this role will include:
- Reception duties and managing all incoming and calls, mail and greeting visitors;
- General office duties including stationery orders & restocking various items;
- Assisting HR Department with onboarding of new starters;
- Coordinating all aspects of travel for corporate and site-based employees;
- Organising and assisting in arranging for events/functions as and when required.

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Year 12 level of education or equivalent
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Prior experience in a similar role in a corporate environment is essential
- Good computer literacy skills
- Capable of working autonomously and being self-sufficient and meeting deadlines
- Good people skills and ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
