Your duties will include:
- Back up to reception
- Collating client Tax Returns and Financials
- Lodging Tax Returns
- Liaising with Government Agencies
- Managing Team Workflow and Lodgements
- Building client relationships
- Updating client details on our database
- General database management
- Scanning
- Making appointments and calendar maintenance
- Supporting accountants
- Invoicing and following up clients regarding invoices
- General office administration duties
- Maintenance of kitchen amenities including supply levels
You will have:
- 6 to 12 months experience in an administration role in a Public Practice
- A willingness to learn
- A hard working and positive "can do" attitude
- A friendly and courteous attitude
- Good attention to detail
- General computer knowledge
- A pleasant telephone manner
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to multi-task, work as part of a team and individually
- The ability to follow instructions and accept responsibility
- Professional presentation
- Being part of a team
