We are a long running family business that provides Accounting, Tax, Self Managed Super Fund and Business related services to small to medium business clients. We are a small team located in Bundall.
This role is ideally suitable for someone with experience in reception / administration in an accounting practice. In this role you will be:
- Providing direct administrative support for accountants
- Responsible for undertaking reception duties
- Attending to all ASIC requirements
- Liaising with clients and providing support as required
- Dealing with the ATO on non technical matters
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in an accounting firm is desirable.
- Working knowledge of Xero is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Highly organised with a can-do attitude
- Proven computer and typing skills including experience with Microsoft Office
