- Working on Reception desk and first response for phone calls and greeting any walk-in clients.
- Processing credit card payments from technicians and clients.
- Looking after Service Website and Web-chat enquiries.
- Looking after Out of Hours Voicemails left on our phone system.
- Reviewing and updating of our Service Maintenance Contracts.
- General Admin duties.
- Supporting other employees in the Service Department to ensure we are providing the our customers with the best service possible.
The successful applicant will possess:
- A minimum 2 years office experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A team player attitude.
- High level MS office computer skills.
- Experience using SimPro software would be an advantage.
This is a full time position, 38 hours per week, 8:00am start.
Note : Due to the seasonal nature of our business, annual leave is restricted and must be taken between March to October.
