Office Coordinator

Hidden Fence co. are looking for a casual employee to assist in a very busy small office located in Chuwar/ Karalee.

Hidden Fence, is a distributor and service provider for the DogWatch Hidden Fence brand dog containment fence. We offer products directly to the customer via on-site service, and via an online website store.

Employee responsibilities include :

-Answering phones

-Customer service

-Processing and packing orders - mild lifting and box shifting

-Reconciling online orders

-Stock control

-Payment collections

-Generating invoices through accounting software

-Assembly of product basic boxes and components

-Troubleshooting with customers via phone, or in person.

Employee must love dogs, as dogs frequently populate the office. Prior experience using a Hidden Fence or basic dog training is a bonus. This position does have the opportunity for wage increases and part to full time opportunities based on dedication and performance. Must have a valid drivers license. Office is located in Chuwar Qld (semi rural North Ipswich) and is a home based location. Frequent visitors and service employee attendance. 

Hours are Mon thru Fri - 9am to 5pm

$29 to $39 per hour +Super
