About the role:
Our Molendinar workshop is currently looking for an experienced Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of our office and liase with both internal and external stakeholders.
What's involved -
- Reception duties
- Scheduling jobs using project management software
- Data entry
- Apprenticeship sign-ups and documentation
- Assisting State and Production Managers where possible
- Booking and managing travel arrangements
What you'll need:
- Experience managing an office
- High level of computer proficiency
- Current Australian drivers licence
- Experience with project management tool ASANA (desirable)
