It’s all about … the role!

The Office & HR Co-Ordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of office functions and enhancing the overall workplace experience. Serving as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, your responsibilities will include reception duties, coordinating courier services, managing office stationery and equipment, and arranging ad hoc travel requirements. Additionally, you will manage staff access and the company fleet register, ensuring records are updated and maintained. When required, you will also support the administration and reporting of HR programs in addition to overseeing coordination of People & Culture Events, which includes monthly lunches, milestone celebrations, and breakthrough workshops.

To succeed in this role, you will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail and time management. The role demands a strong customer focus, ensuring positive interactions and fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders. HR experience is not required but proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort with handling numbers and Excel are fundamental for effective data administration and reporting.
