Excellent Xero knowledge is a must.

2) All Accounts Receivable
- Allocating funds in Xero to various invoices as they come in to bank account. Taking Deposits. Double checking that no double transactions are made. Contact Clients to ensure timely payment
- Invoicing sent when deposit received, with new balance. Project Managers will be required to advise, set in Xero due dates of invoices.
- Assisting in Project Completions
- Tracking “Variation” or incidental materials are included on invoices. Customer Care Packages (Containing $0.00 invoice, thank you letter and maintenance guide)
- Weekly Bank and Xero Reconciliation
3) All Accounts Payable
- Marrying Bills against Purchase Orders.
- Allocating payments against Bills in Xero
- Making payment to suppliers and subcontractors on time.
4) Managing Xero Ensuring the data in Xero is current and accurate.
- Updating Prices in Xero & Making sure POS Price Tickets are adjusted
- Providing ACCURATE Reports in Xero to the Directors- especially a monthly “Financial Report."
5) Lodging BAS and Super and PAYG- less book keeper requirements
6) General Office Management Establishing “anyone can do” systems.
7) Serving Customers
- Examples include: taking calls, and serving when no one else is in the store.
8) General Merchandizing & Marketing POS Price Tickets are adjusted.
