Joining the corporate head office, this role will see you responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure internal and external compliance, maintaining membership agreements and licensing.
Providing operational support to internal staff and stakeholders.
Develop and put into practice, policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations. Ensuring high productivity and easy to use systems.
Create and maintain member license agreements and ensure our database is up to date and accurate.
Providing a high level of administrative suppport.
About You:
Proven experience developing policies and procedures, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
Ideally managed a small team.
High level administration, with strong customer service focus.
Hold the ability to work with and communicate effectively to people at varying levels.
Experience in real estate industry is highly regarded.
