About the Role:
As the Office Manager, your duties may include:
- Assessing and prioritising reported building and engineering breakdowns and maintenance activities to ensure their timely and efficient address.
- Ensuring that administrative systems and processes under the AGFMA are implemented and that project support tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of best practice administrative systems in accordance with Organisational and Departmental systems, policies and procedures
- Ensuring the efficient day to day management and operation of the Environmental Services Office.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in providing a professional secretarial/administrative support service to senior management level.
- Ability to recognise and deal discreetly with confidential and sensitive matters and demonstrate integrity and diplomacy appropriate to sensitive personnel and management issues.
- Experience in the supervision of other administrative staff.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform high quality work under pressure.
