The Role

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations within this dynamic business. This is a 6-12 month contract position, offering an opportunity to showcase your talents in a fast-paced environment.

Your day to day duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Assisting in the management of ongoing projects;
• Handle HR administration tasks such as employment contracts, on / offboarding, and maintaining HR portal data;
• Providing support to Directors as needed;
• Assisting the accounts team with various tasks; and
• Supervising two administration staff members.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:

• Proven experience in an Office Manager role is essential;
• Ability to thrive under pressure and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines; and
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel at an intermediate level.
