About the Role
Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking additional help in our office. This role is flexible. Upon application and the interview process, we can discuss work hours and days. Ideally we are looking for roughly 25 hours a week.
Duties include:
- Daily, weekly and monthly invoicing
- Simple data entry
- Filling
- Email monitoring
- Answering and forwarding calls
- Stock taking on employee PPE and general office equipment
