Our company is a well respected roof plumbing business that operates state wide on domestic and commercial buildings. We are currently experiencing steady growth and are now looking for a passionate and energetic individual to become part of our team.
This role will offer you a variety of things to do daily, meaning there will never be a dull moment. We are looking for candidate with a problem solving attitude who can assist the business and become part of the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer/Supplier relations
- Daily communications with our business partners
- Assisting Operations Manager
- Data entry
- Job Scheduling - Assist
- Assist with ad hoc project reports and duties
- Maintain compliance documents and digital filing
- General Admin/Project duties
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Self Starter
- Lateral thinker
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Time-management and multitasking skills
- Friendly manner with a team focused attitude
- Attention to detail
- Some experience in Job Management Software

Experience in the roofing industry would be advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
