The Opportunity
Join an industry leader as Operations Administration Assistant to the Operations team. You will assist with scheduling, booking installations for both commercial and residential jobs, order processing and customer care. This role is immediate start for the right candidate.
The Position
- You will be responsible for Stone stock management
- Purchase stone inline with business needs and management direction
- Manage the logistical movements of stone to the factory
- Complete job orders and processing efficiently and accurately
- Complete other general administration tasks including answering incoming calls and customer enquiries (face to face & over the phone)
Are organised, provide high level customer service, can problem solve, have a high attention to detail, have a great ability to build rapport with customers and team members we want to talk with you!
