Remuneration: $66,000 to $71,000 (plus 11% superannuation)

The Opportunity
The Transport Services team provide an essential service through delivering high quality, safe and effective care and transport to the Victorian community.
This role provide the coordination and delivery of key administrative functions to the Transport Services team. You will be a key point of contact for the Operations Manager, Scheduling Coordinator, Communications team and internal support departments to deliver on service delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify time sheets and daily attendance for transport services staff
- Key reporting requirements
- Roster requirements including shift changes and filling shifts on short notice
- Ensure staff have necessary uniform items including ordering uniforms and name badges
- Generate cut off times daily and make necessary changes to luneups as required
- Submit incident reports, shift notifications and other required administrative functions
- Work with People & Culture to ensure that registration of documents to the AV portal for new and existing staff
- Assist staff with log ins to relevant systems
- Maintain document library
- Hazard reporting
- Other administrative requirements including meeting minutes
- You will be a have a background in administration and rostering with the ability to multitask
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft programs and other IT systems
- Ablity to work autonomously
- Ability to learn new systems including rostering, resource planning, incident reporting
- Experience in the NEPT or CSV industry would be highly regarded
- High attention to detail and high levels of accuracy are essential
