The Role:
As our Operations Coordinator based in Alexandria, you’ll be the maestro behind the seamless flow of our Queensland operations. You’ll have the chance to:
- Coordinate and execute event run sheets with precision and flair.
- Maintain a symphony of logistics, ensuring our carts and teams hit the right note at every venue.
- Foster harmonious relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and crafting experiences that resonate.
- Collaborate with a close-knit team, where your passion for the catering industry will help orchestrate success throughout Sydney.
- Be the backbone of our operations, juggling planning, problem-solving, and productivity with a smile.
- Be part of the onsite team, bumping in and bumping out events.
- Flexibility with work hours, with mornings, nights and weekends.
You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience in catering or events coordination – you know your way around a run sheet like a chef knows their recipes.
