The Role:

As our Operations Coordinator based in Alexandria, you’ll be the maestro behind the seamless flow of our Queensland operations. You’ll have the chance to:

• Coordinate and execute event run sheets with precision and flair.
• Maintain a symphony of logistics, ensuring our carts and teams hit the right note at every venue.
• Foster harmonious relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and crafting experiences that resonate.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team, where your passion for the catering industry will help orchestrate success throughout Sydney.
• Be the backbone of our operations, juggling planning, problem-solving, and productivity with a smile.
• Be part of the onsite team, bumping in and bumping out events.
• Flexibility with work hours, with mornings, nights and weekends.

You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience in catering or events coordination – you know your way around a run sheet like a chef knows their recipes.
• Exceptional communication skills – your emails and calls are as clear and refreshing as our freshly squeezed juices.
• A logistical mindset – you see the matrix in the movement of goods and services.
• A penchant for organization – you're all about the details, even the ones smaller than popcorn kernels.
