About you

About the role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, Serco is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager based in Brisbane to provide visible Serco Leadership to over 300 health care professionals who work across several ADF Health Centres within the SQLD region. This will be achieved through regular site visits across all SQLD bases – Enoggera, Amberley, Oakey, Cabarlah and Canungra and leading employee engagement activities. You will assist the Regional Manager with recruitment and workforce management activities, reporting, and other administrative duties.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience (2-5 years) in leading and engagement with remote workforces
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship development skills
- Sound people and performance management skills
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with high levels of autonomy
- Experience in a health care and/or defence environment would be highly regarded
- Ability to obtain ADF Baseline security clearance
- Ability to travel extensively within the region
