ABOUT THE ROLE
In your new role you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the operational activities of their branches. This includes the development of systems and processes to enhance business efficiency and profitability, managing staff and customer expectations, proactively identify issues and suggesting measures. All while ensuring exceptional customer service, teamwork and maintaining a high level of efficacy of activities to achieve company objectives.

- Qualification Business management or similar field
- Previous operational management
