Operations Manager
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead their business in the thriving Automotive Spare Parts industry.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible to run the company's overall operations, stratergising for growth, and ensuring efficient management of all departments. This role requires a visionary leader with strong business acumen and an experienced record as a senior leader in the automotive or related industries.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive company growth and achieve long-term goals.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation.
* Implement effective policies and procedures to optimise operations and maximise efficiency.
* Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and fiscal planning to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
* Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market. share. Develop and executed e-commerce stratergies to drive on-line sales growth.
* Analyse market trends and customer preferences to drive product development and enhance the company's competitive position.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
* Optimise processes to streamline work flow and increase productivity.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
* Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing workforce, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide guidance to foster professional development.
* Prioritise customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service standards are met and maintained.
* Address customer concerns promptly and implement strategies for continual improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry or a related field.
* Strong understanding of automotive parts, market dynamics, and industry trends.
* Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and profitability.
