Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Australian Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations in the Philippines. This role is crucial in streamlining operations, improving productivity, creating and enforcing systems, and motivating the administrative team. The Australian Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimising efficiency, creating systems, and supporting the business's growth by allowing the CEO to focus on client acquisition and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline and manage day-to-day operations in the Philippines to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to minimize errors and enhance productivity.
System Development:
- Create and implement effective systems and procedures for the administrative team to follow.
- Ensure all team members understand and adhere to established processes.
KPI Enforcement:
- Define, monitor, and enforce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve staff performance.
- Develop and maintain a KPI tracking system to ensure targets are met.
Motivation and Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership and motivation to the administrative team.
- Set clear expectations, empower team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Team Management:
- Oversee the administrative team, including HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Night Shift Managers.
- Collaborate with the team to address challenges and drive operational excellence.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Australian and Philippines teams.
- Ensure all team members are aligned with the company's mission and objectives.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Address any client concerns and work to improve service delivery.

- 3+ years experience managing operations, including building and managing systems.
- Proven experience in an outsourcing or similar industry.
