We're on the lookout for an Operations Support Officer extraordinaire to join our crew at the Wingfield depot office. Picture yourself diving into a dynamic role, where no two days are the same. From administrative wizardry to keeping our operations humming, you'll be the backbone of our team.

Here's what you'll be diving into:.

• You'll be the go-to for everything from scheduling to compliance, and everything in between.
• Love a bit of variety? You'll be updating licenses, booking travel, and cracking the whip on our training matrix.
• Got that eagle eye for detail? We need it! You'll be the master of putting jobs into our systems and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Assisting with the coordination of daily operational activities.
• Liaising with subcontractors to arrange plant bookings.
• Daily job sheet management.
• Collating project specific information for submission to client.
• Observing, reviewing and analysing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made.

• You've got at least 2 years under your belt in office administration, and you're not afraid to show it.
• Microsoft Suite? You practically dream in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Organizational skills? You've got them in spades, and you're not afraid to use them.
