About the Role:
The key objective of the Organisation Development Lead is to play a principal role in supporting Bayside’s leadership, culture and capability ambitions. This role will work collaboratively with the Coordinator Strategy, Culture & Capability on a variety of interventions to enable the organisation to continue to build the leadership practices, culture and capability to achieve Council’s goals.
The role is required to operate in busy environment, engaging and empowering leaders and committing to building a thriving culture that maximises organisational performance.
You will be responsible for:
Embedding the Leadership Capability Framework
Developing and delivering the Leadership Development strategy with oversight from the Coordinator Strategy, Learning and Culture
Designing and developing Leadership Development Programs and initiatives with input from People & Strategy Business Partners.Working with procurement to manage any vendors supporting the delivery of leadership programs.
Embedding the Learning Module of Talent Central.
Working in partnership with the People and Strategy Business Partners, identifying learning needs, providing learning design advice and tools to teams across the organisation.

Mandatory pre-employment requirements:
Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check
