AddressCockburn Toyota Body and Paint is seeking an experienced Panel Shop Administration Assistantfor a full-time position based in Bibra Lake.
The Role:
- Answering the phone - directing calls to the right person, taking messages and responding to general enquiries
- Entering parts invoices
- Updating our Panel Shop management program - iBodyshop
- Creating job packs
- Taking payments from customers
- Contacting customers for bookings & departures
- Data entry
- Assisting with other general administration duties
Ideally the successful candidate will possess;
- Prior experience with iBodyshop in a similar role is highly regarded
- Prior experience in a Panel Shop or parts department highly regarded
- Customer service skills in both person and over the phone
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and computer skills
- Be well presented and professional
- Punctuality and time management skills
This is a full-time role - Monday to Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm each day)
