About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Administrator with a passion for OH&S, to support the HSEQ Manager in promoting and maintaining a safe work environment and positive safety culture.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the HSEQ Manager in reviewing, developing and implementing safety management systems and projects (i.e., Risk Assessments, Work Instructions, JSEAs and safety training).
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
- Coordinate safety audits, document incident investigations and update safety procedures accordingly.
- Facilitate regular maintenance scheduling and inspections of equipment.
- Conduct/facilitate internal training and maintain the training register.
How can I be successful in this position?
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Current WA drivers’ license + reliable transport
- Cert IV in Occupational Health & Safety (highly desirable)
- Experience in a Manufacturing or Heavy industry (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, codes, incident investigations and management systems
