About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Part TimeMedical Receptionist, to join our large medical centre in Everton Park, specialising in veteran care. The position is 3-4 days/week, including occasional Saturday cover, and the flexibility to cover sick and annual leave.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face for our patients, providing professional and compassionate service during busy periods. You will work in a team environment where coordination and ownership of tasks are crucial.
The successful candidate will possess a professional, caring, and friendly attitude, with a positive and enthusiastic approach to tasks. Highly developed communication skills and a strong customer focus are essential. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a busy team, demonstrating logical reasoning. This position will suit someone seeking long term employment.

We are a growing service seeking a motivated individual to join our admin team for a large cohort of medical and allied health professionals based in inner, northern Brisbane. Our state-of-the-art facility services both private and DVA patients. GO2 Health is a leading integrated medical clinic in Australia, supporting over 1500 patients each week. We specialise in veteran care and have a vision to expand our tailored solutions across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide reception services and support to patients
• Schedule appointments, operative bookings, and issue associated documentation
• Handle incoming calls, relay comprehensive messages, and allocate appropriate appointments
• Manage patient accounts, using Tyro, HICAPS, Medicare, DVA and private invoicing
• Support other administrative staff in achieving their daily workload
• Scan and file documents
Essential Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Professional, caring, and friendly attitude
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and work productively with a team
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word and other Windows-based software systems and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with Best Practice software is desirable.
• Current Police Check
• Australian citizen or permanent resident
