Tiramisu Labs is an exciting new project which offers modern twists to classic Italian desserts. Working alongside the owner, you will be a dynamic and independent chef with creative flair.
The Technical Stuff
- Responsible for food preparation, ordering, stock control and training support staff
- Following food safety procedures, stock rotation, managing wastage/food costs
- Batch cooking and preparation of desserts
- Coordinate food production schedules and ensure highest level of food quality, taste and production
- Maintain effective working relationship and support with management and staff alike
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and decision-making
- Assist in development of new menu items and specials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and have flexibility to work on multiple demand of tasks.
Must have at least 4 years’ experience in an Italian cake restaurant and have leadership skills.
Salary : between $70 k - $90K dependent on experience and leadership
