LC Water is a design and construct contractor, operating in the Australian Water and Wastewater Industry in Geelong, Vic.
We are seeking an experienced payroll/administrative assistant to support with accounts activities and day to day operational administration, working together with our team to secure the efficient and positive growth of the Company.
The role:
Your responsibilities will include:
Experienced with Single Touch Payroll –
- Record & pay up to 30 employees
- Recording of annual leave, personal leave, LSL.
- Online banking
- Set-up new employees
- Staying compliant with current tax requirements
- Reconcile & pay monthly/quarterly Superannuation for staff
- Online reporting
- Data Entry
- Filing and Document control
- Answering enquiries
- General office administration
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Superior attention to detail with ability to prioritise
- Quick learner
- Fast, accurate and efficient data entry
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Be proficient in using Myob AccountRight Live
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
The right candidate for this role will be reliable, self-motivated, trustworthy and very organised The position is a permanent part-time position, nominally 2 days per week, but hours are negotiable.
A generous salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
