Key responsibilities in the role include:
Data entry, processing weekly timesheets, and assisting with preparation and processing of pay runs. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining and updating employee personal records, customer service via email and phone, time clock maintenance and queries, and basic reporting and ad hoc payroll duties.
About You:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ideally accounts experience or admin/accounts.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite
- Proven experience in the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of common payroll software applications
- Excellent work ethic
