Payroll Assistant

Permanent part time role - either two or three days per week would work

Reporting to the Payroll Manager this is a great support role that will suit someone who enjoys the processing aspect of payroll and relishes working as part of a team. Join this fun and friendly group and interact with a wide range of people who enjoy coming to work each day.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain company wide payroll information, collecting, collating and entering data for multiple entities for approximately 400 employees
Assist with the preparation all payroll information ready for pay runs
Update of relevant information for existing employees as well as new starters and those exiting the business
Assist with onboarding and off-boarding tasks
Handle routine payroll related enquires (for example, leave entitlements)
Monitor and manage the payroll email inbox
All other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Payroll Manager
Skills and Experience required
Your attention to detail is one of your key strengths and you are renowned for being meticulous in your work
This role suits someone who has some experience in either a dedicated payroll position, or perhaps you have completed payroll as part of a role
You have a high level of professionalism, you are discreet and respect the importance of confidentiality in your role
The ability to be flexible and adaptable - you know how to prioritise your tasks and responsibilities - you can't miss a payroll deadline!
You have great interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team
