About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant for our local client in Narangba. This position offers a 3 day week working school hours. The role is for an initial 6 month duration with potential for extension for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Updating weekly Cashflow spreadsheet in Excel
Processing fortnightly payroll â BundyPlus Live/ Access WageEasy (Training will be provided)
Raising Purchase Orders
Accounts Payable including entry of invoices (We use Syspro/ MYOB, Training will be provided)
Payment of supplier invoices
Assist the General Manager as required
Assist with general & accounts administration including filing and end of year archiving
Skills and Experience:
Previous payroll experience
Experience using Excel
