Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and upskill a small payroll team of 2.
- Oversee 3 weekly and 3 monthly payrolls of 450 across multiple states
- End-end processing for the monthly payroll and oversee weekly pay run
- Oversee and implement process changes and improvements.
- Take charge in documenting current processes.
- Utilize and leverage ADP for efficient payroll management.
- Ensure alignment with EBA (Enterprise Bargaining Agreement) and compliance with relevant awards, including Office Clerks, Warehousing and Storage, and General Retail Awards.
- Handle Single Touch Payroll (STP), tax, superannuation, and other related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant awards, including office clerks, warehousing and storage, and general retail awards.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Payroll with a proven track record of managing or mentoring a small team.
- Experience with ADP Payforce is an advantage but not mandatory.
- You will have a passion for documenting processes and identifying areas of improvement.
