Working closely with all members of the People and Development team, your role as a People Administrator is to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of P&D services and administration.
In this varied and busy role, your responsibilities will include:
- Administering the employee lifecycle ensuring data accuracy, timely completion of processes and quality service standards
- Preparing employment contracts and documentation relating to the employee life cycle
- Answering general HR enquiries and escalating where required
- Maintaining and updating the HRIS and employee records
- Preparing high quality reports on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Planning and coordinating HR events
- Running Induction Process
- Providing administrative support to the Learning and Development Coordinator
- Assisting with HR projects, initiatives and functions
- General administrative duties and providing support to the team
