The Role
The People and Culture Coordinator will work with the Senior Management Team (SMT) and with Line Managers to provide expert human resources (HR) guidance and support. Their positive relationships and excellent communication ensures that HR tools are effectively communicated, shared and utilised by all. The role supports the CEO and the SMT to ensure that SAC continues to manage the business efficiently and effectively during a period of expansion and change, without compromising the delivery of quality services for clients.
The base salary range is $78,804 to $94,235.
The position entitlements such as 4-weeks annual leave, personal leave and leave loading are in accordance with Social, Community Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (MA000100).
With superannuation, leave and leave loading added – the salary range is $94,888 to $113,469.
