The organisation is experiencing significant change and high-volume workloads and is seeking an experienced HR generalist to join their team in NSW.
About the Role
As People & Culture Advisor, you will provide first level accurate and responsive advisory services across the full range of generalist HR activities. Key accountabilities will include:
Providing first line support to the organisation regarding policies, procedures, programs and employee life cycle activities.
Providing sound interpretation and advice to ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and frameworks, and industrial instruments.
Provide support to the HR Business Partners in relation to employment relations matters.
Assist with ad hoc facilitation of training and/or one:one coaching to support capability development of our managers about people practices.
Support the People and Culture Team with the administration and coordination of the end-to-end employee life cycle.
Ensures regular and relevant reporting on key people data and metrics.
Coordinate P&C policy and procedure review processes and ensure policies, forms and systems are updated regularly to support currency and legislative compliance.
About You
An experienced HR Advisor, you will thrive in a busy environment and be adept at working in a high volume environment across a wide range of stakeholders, with excellent communication skills.
You will have a solid understanding and interpretive knowledge of legislation, frameworks and industrial instruments governing employment in Australia.
