You will support a close-knit, cohesive and supportive HR team who need a highly organised, great with people personality, and someone who can proactively make the HR process and team work more efficiently as the business goes from strength-to-strength. You will receive direct mentorship & gain exposure across the employee lifecycle, recruitment, systems and other exciting HR projects.
Based in the M5 Corridor in the Inner-South-Western Sydney (with hybrid flexibility), parking provided onsite.
You will play a pivotal role working with the entire organisation and will be responsible for:
- Management of a HR inbox, and being first point of call for HR with all policy & procedural queries.
- Managing the complete onboarding and induction process.
- Managing the HRIS system and working with the Payroll team to ensure employee records, salary, entitements, along with any HR reports are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure all HR Admin & Coordination is processed including policy changes, parental leave, probation, HR invoicing, etc.
- Assisting the HR team with broader HR projects.
- Previous HR Coordination or HR Administrative experience with knowledge and exposure to local Australian Employment legislation
- An interest in expanding your HR toolkit with a growth mindset and passion to learn & develop.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Energetic, can-do attitude.
- Resilience within a fast-paced, commercial and proactively building replationships with senior key stakeholders and all levels of the company.
- System savvy, with excellent skills across the Microsoft Suite.
- Strong influencing and service-orientation, with self awareness to be able to escalate appropriately as required.
