Join The Team We're on the lookout for an exceptional individual to take charge as our Performance Marketing Manager. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of our digital success story. Your mission is to develop and own a cutting-edge Performance Marketing Strategy that not only delivers relevant communication but also enhances customer experiences and maximizes lifetime value across paid digital channels. Reporting to the Head of Performance, you'll be at the forefront, collaborating closely with Marketing, CRM, and Online teams to implement data-driven marketing methods that optimize ROI and engage our customers in the moments that truly matter. What you’ll be doing: Strategy Ownership - Develop and own the Performance Marketing Strategy to ensure our communication is not just heard but resonates with our audience across all paid digital channels. Collaborative Innovation - Work closely with Marketing, Analytics, CRM, and Online teams to develop data-driven marketing methods that optimise ROI, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. Customer Lifecycle Mastery - Drive customer acquisition and retention by identifying and capitalizing on key moments that matter to our customers. Innovation and Optimisation - Lead innovation initiatives and drive optimization across all paid channels, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. To be successful in this team you will have: Extensive experience in developing and owning successful Performance Marketing Strategies for large scale retailers across SEM, paid social ads, native, display, video, affiliate marketing, and programmatic channels. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Analytics, CRM, and Online teams to integrate data-driven methods into the marketing landscape. A track record of optimizing ROAS through innovative and effective marketing strategies. A keen understanding of customer journeys and the ability to engage customers in meaningful ways. A passion for driving innovation and optimisation across paid channels.
