What You'll Do:

  • Inbox Management: Tame the email beast! Efficiently manage and organise our co-founders' inboxes. Prioritise, respond, and flag important messages, ensuring nothing gets lost in the digital jungle.
  • Schedule Mastery: Take charge of their calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. Navigate time zones and conflicting schedules like a pro.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring smooth journeys for our co-founders.
  • Task Prioritisation: Help our co-founders stay on track by prioritising tasks, setting reminders, and ensuring they meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Expense Management: Lodging co-founder expenses in XERO for processing.

What We're Seeking:

  • Communication Maestro: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are the voice of our co-founders in digital form.

  • Prior Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role is a plus.
