Personal Assistant

Seeking a superstar Personal Assistant to Principal for a busy role in a school environment

• Work from home during the school holidays
• Work school hours; 8-4pm or 7.30-4.30pm
• Work alongside another Personal Assistant

The Role:

Provide secretarial support to the Principal and ensure the smooth running of the day to day office. 

• Be the first point of contact for staff and external stakeholders 
• Provide administrative assistance to the Principal, including effective handling of correspondence, diary management and telephone calls 
• Liaise with teaching and administration staff daily 
• Update and maintain student records accurately and in a timely manner 
• Assist in the organisation of school assemblies, open days and other school functions managed by the Principal 

Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated experienced in an administrative setting and the ability to manage a multitude of tasks in a busy office - previous school experience highly regarded
• Ability to prioritise tasks and complete these accurately and in a timely manner
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable with being on campus 5 days per week during term time

This is an ideal role for a superstar administrator who has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a small and close knit team.
