We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Legal Assistant, to provide invaluable support to the Principal Director. The ideal candidate embodies maturity, effective communication skills, and upholds our values of authenticity and compassion.
Efficient diary management for client appointments, court obligations, and meetings with counsel Oversight of disclosure document compilation for property matters, including process optimisation Task coordination and timely completion, with regular updates to the Principal Director Friendly and efficient handling of client inquiries and phone calls Accurate data entry and meticulous file management Adhoc administrative tasks as needed About You Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or legal secretary (family law preferred) Eagerness to learn and grow within the role Proficiency in organising financial disclosures for family law property matters Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook Familiarity with LEAP legal software and e-Brief Ready Stellar interpersonal and organisational skills, with a proactive attitude Capacity to work autonomously, tackle challenges head-on, and adapt to evolving processes Understanding of Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia How To ApplyIf you thrive in a dynamic environment, fuelled by motivation and hard work, consider this rewarding career journey.
