Job description

Are you an organised, efficient, and professional individual seeking a dynamic role where you can take control of office operations while providing crucial support to the financial team and Managing Director? Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and well-presented Personal Assistant to join their team.


About the Role: 
  • Assist stakeholders, clients, and visitors warmly and efficiently.
  • Support the Managing Director with various administrative tasks and errands.
  • Manage front desk operations, including call handling and visitor reception.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of office spaces, meeting rooms, and communal areas.
  • Handle invoice scanning, accounts payable duties, and maintain records accurately.
  • Support HR processes, including onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy in administrative tasks and respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and catering needs.
  • Handle fleet management tasks and comply with safety initiatives.

About You: 
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role is essential. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Warm, friendly demeanor with a professional attitude.
  • Demonstrate reliability and flexibility as needed.
  • Present yourself in a friendly, professional and well-presented manner.
