About the Role:

- Support the Managing Director with various administrative tasks and errands.
- Manage front desk operations, including call handling and visitor reception.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of office spaces, meeting rooms, and communal areas.
- Handle invoice scanning, accounts payable duties, and maintain records accurately.
- Support HR processes, including onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Ensure accuracy in administrative tasks and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and catering needs.
- Handle fleet management tasks and comply with safety initiatives.
