Richmond Sand & Gravel is looking for a Personal Assistant to the directors.
This role will include a variety of tasks;
- Administration duties
- Calendar Management – coordinating meetings, appointments, events and social functions, including confirmations & reschedules
- Organising itineraries
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders, customers, management teams and staff throughout the business & Contractors
- Handle incoming telephone calls and answering queries & taking sales orders.
- Working with a bookkeeper for timely payment and reconciliation of invoices, accounts and other administration duties
- Coordinating and/or running errands
- Purchasing gifts and items such as groceries/stationery as required
- Assist with plans and preparations for school and school holidays
Pay Rate Negotiable depending on experience.
