Personal Assistant

Richmond Sand & Gravel is looking for a Personal Assistant to the directors.

This role will include a variety of tasks;

• Administration duties
• Calendar Management – coordinating meetings, appointments, events and social functions, including confirmations & reschedules
• Organising itineraries
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders, customers, management teams and staff throughout the business & Contractors
• Handle incoming telephone calls and answering queries & taking sales orders.
• Working with a bookkeeper for timely payment and reconciliation of invoices, accounts and other administration duties
• Coordinating and/or running errands
• Purchasing gifts and items such as groceries/stationery as required
• Assist with plans and preparations for school and school holidays

Pay Rate Negotiable depending on experience.
