Gordon Davies Real Estate is a boutique real estate agency operating in the western suburbs, focusing on sales only. The licensee requires a Personal Assistant providing a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking to further their career in Real Estate and to work with one of the most experienced (and grumpy!) sales agents in the industry. The office is located alongside the Dalkeith Shopping Village and is an easy walk to Dalkeith Primary School.
This is a part-time or full-time position with flexible working hours. Early morning starts are preferable (8am / 8.30am start to finish by 3pm).

- Experience using DocuSign, Pricefinder, RP Data, Realestate.com.au, REIWA, REI Forms
Desirable:
- Previous real estate experience and knowledge of sale contracts
- Experience using design software such as Adobe or Canva
- Experience using real estate CRM software, preferably Rex
Duties Include
- Typing email correspondence
- Organising appointments and calendar
- Property searches and sales evidence reports on Pricefinder/RP Data
- Adding new properties, photos and floor plans to Rex CRM
- Recording enquiries into CRM.
- Regular marketing communications to buyers
- Typing Selling Agency Agreements and Offer documents in REI forms
- Sending offers and agency agreements via DocuSign
- Design brochures, signs and other market material
- Assist with inspections/home opens
- Organising home open signage
