The Role
Supporting all aspects of sales administration & liaison with buyers for one of Tamworth's most successful real estate sales agents you will:
- Provide efficient and superior administrative support services for the listing, marketing, and sale of properties including:
- completion of all sale property checklists
- review and finalisation of all letters relating to sale properties
- assistance with preparation of advertising text
- liaison with buyers, conveyancers / solicitors to follow up properties through to exchange; and
- maintaining the client database.
- Plan and run social media marketing posts / campaigns.
- Attend Saturday open home inspections & follow up with buyers.
About You
You are a positive, highly organized and self-driven person with strong administration skills & communication skills. Your attributes include:
- High integrity and ability to operate in accordance with the Company’s Core Values.
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Superior time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently whilst maintaining a strong and collaborative working relationship with the sales agent and team.
- Willingness to complete a Real Estate Certificate of Registration as soon as possible. Full traineeship on offer covering all course costs.
