The OpportunityThey are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator. You will be a smart and a very technically savvy professional who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. This role is critical to supporting senior staff and the management team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Diary management
- Travel arrangements
- Email management
- Supervising the administration team of 3
- Implementing processes and procedures for best practice
- Collating letters and documents
- Preparation, co-ordination and processing of ASIC Company Statements including invoicing and minutes
- Processing of all ASIC lodgements, including company registrations, shares transfers, shareholders, company address and name updates, de-registrations, minutes and share certificates
- Company and title searches
- Maintaining internal systems
- Client correspondence
- Preparation and maintenance of databases
- General office support duties
- Must have at least 5+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant/Administrator within an accounting practice
- Have experience using MYOB, ASIC & ATO portals
- Be familiar with ASIC forms and requirements
- Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong administration skills
- High attention to detail
